After several years of searching, my son, wife and I located a condo in S. Ft. Myers which we believed was “the one”. Living out of state, we could only judge from the pictures on the listing.

I wish this was the end of the story but it was just the beginning…this property was a foreclosure and we ran into several delays with a possibility that it would go back into foreclosure. My wife and I rode the “real estate roller coaster”…a nightmare for over one month. On more than one occasion we decided to back out of the transaction.
All this time Bob Forman was the calm in the middle of our storm. He offered support and encouragement while working feverously to close the deal.
