In a great location in the northern part of Bonita Springs, you'll find Bonita Pines Condominiums. This same general area also has several other condo communities as well as a number of single family home communities. In other blogs I'll discuss the other communities, but today I'll focus on Bonita Pines. There are a number of things to like in Bonita Pines, first and foremost, it is an extremely friendly community. The community offer a large heated pool, tennis courts, pickle-ball and gas grills for the residents. Most of the units are 975 square feet with a few exceptions. Some of the units have carports, those condos that have them cost a bit more and also pay an additional $36.00 per year for an HOA fee. Regular condo fee as of this time is $950.00 per quarter. The buildings all just had new roof installed. The community has five 3 story 24 unit buildings, each building has it's own elevator centrally located for easy resident access to their units. The condos are all two bedroom 2 bathroom units with private screened lanais, most have washers & dryers in them. The master suites feature nice closet space with private bathrooms. The guest bedroom also has it's own bathroom directly across from it making easily accessible by all guests. The price range in Bonita Pines as of December 2020 is the upper $150's to the mid $ 170s. Through the years I've had quite a few transactions in here and never has an unhappy buyer. I just listed what I believe is the best deal in Bonita Pines and perhaps all of Bonita Springs.
